How do I open the report or graph in RTF or PDF?
- Generate the report or graph. It opens in HTML format.
- To display the report or graph in RTF with the default orientation, on the report/graph toolbar, click Word.
- To change the page orientation, click the arrow beside Word on the report/graph toolbar, and then select the orientation you want to use.
Note: The Word button may or may not be available, based on your permissions.
- To display the report or graph in PDF with the default orientation, on the report/graph tool bar, click PDF.
- To change the page orientation, click the arrow beside PDF on the report/graph toolbar, and then select the orientation you want to use.
How do I show or hide report settings?
By default, report settings appear at the bottom of the report or graph window. Some reports and graphs don’t have any settings.
- To show the report settings, from the report/graph toolbar click Show Settings.
- To hide the report settings, from the report/graph toolbar click Hide Settings.
How do I compare two reports or graphs?
- Generate the first report or graph. It opens in HTML format.
- From the report/graph toolbar, click Duplicate. A copy of the report or graph appears next to the original report or graph.
- To change the criteria on which each of the reports or graphs is based, at the bottom of the window under Report Settings select the desired settings, click Apply Settings, and then compare the results.
How do I set my Favorite Reports?
- To add a report to the Reports list, click Add as .
- To remove a report from the Reports list, click Remove as .
How do I view a different report year?
- To view the year prior to the current report year, click Previous Year.
- To view the year after the current report year, click Next Year.
Note: Years prior to the plan year cannot be shown.
How do I view a different report?
- From the Quick Actions menu, select the report to be generated.
- Select the desired settings, and then click OK. The newly selected report replaces the previous report in the report window.
