ClosedHow do I change my password?
  1. Access the Change Password tab.
  2. Enter your old (current) password.
  3. Enter the new desired password using the following rules:
    • At least eight characters in length.
    • Includes at least two uppercase letters, three lowercase letters, two numbers, and one symbol.
    • Does not contain the word: password.
  4. Confirm the new password by entering it again. NaviPlan will indicate the password's strength by the accompanying graph.
  5. Click Change Password.
    Note: If you are unable to change your password, contact Partner Support at 888.692.3474.

  • Passwords expire every 60 days in NaviPlan.
